This year we are especially proud to introduce the IGC Innovation Award 🏆 designed to highlight innovative approaches and projects to geothermal utilisation. We encourage individuals and companies worldwide to share their ground breaking ideas with us by sending nominations to info@energycluster.is  before April 30th.
The winner will be honoured at this year’s conference, taking place from May 28th to 30th in Reykjavík, Iceland.

Eligibility Criteria💡
Companies and individuals worldwide are invited to submit their innovations.
Innovations must demonstrate significant advancements in one or more of the following areas:
▪ Climate resilience
▪ Sustainability and emission reduction
▪ Technological breakthroughs
▪ New applications of geothermal energy
▪ Improvements in energy output or efficiency

Submission Guidelines⚡
Nominations must be submitted via email to info@energycluster.is before April 30th, 2024. Each nomination should include:
▪A detailed description of the innovation or innovation project (limit to 2 pages)
▪Supporting materials (such as technical documentation, case studies, or testimonials)
▪Contact information of the nominee(s)
▪Individuals or companies can nominate themselves or someone else they believe to be doing great work in the field of geothermal energy.

Selection Process 🔍
🏆 Nominations will be reviewed by a panel of experts in the field of geothermal energy.
🏆 Entries will be evaluated based on the level of innovation, impact, scalability, and feasibility.
🏆 The winner will be selected and announced during the 5th Iceland Geothermal Conference – IGC 2024 in Reykjavik in May.
