IGC 2027 will take place at Harpa Conference Centre in Reykjavík from 25th to 27th of May 2027. Over the past decade, Iceland Geothermal Conference – IGC has established itself as one of the most influential industry-led geothermal gatherings worldwide, convening leaders from business, policy, finance, and innovation.
A Shared Commitment to Accelerate Geothermal
Under the partnership, IGA will officially endorse and promote IGC 2027 through its global network, encourage international participation and abstract submissions, and contribute to the Conference Committee. IREC will recognize IGA as a Global Strategic Industry Partner, ensuring strong visibility and strategic engagement in the lead-up to and during the conference.Importantly, IGC 2027 is positioned as a complementary platform to the World Geothermal Congress (WGC), maintaining industry momentum and collaboration between WGC cycles.
